Since most of our services and products are custom-made and manufactured as per client requirements, returns are generally not applicable once the order, sample, or production output has been delivered or approved. If there is a genuine issue such as a major mismatch from the agreed specification or damage during delivery (where applicable), you must contact us within a reasonable time so we can review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Once sampling, material procurement, development, or production has begun, refunds are usually not possible due to the customized nature of the work and associated costs.
